本退火装置为三段式交直流两用型； u 单双线在同一导电环上通过中间无隔段，使得双线退火时所需电流电压速度、线径同等，产品质量稳定； u 设计操作人性化，维修方便，提高生产效率，节省能源，减少人员操作； u 动力来源由主机连动和单机驱动； u 铜线在退火时采用全封闭保护，提高铜线的退火质量； u 集电轮采用上下轴内多强风冷却，效果极佳。 Product feature and usage ◆This annealing unit adopts three-phasa direct current ◆In order to make the same current value and the running speed and the same wire diameter,the double wires will go through the same contact band without any partition ◆The design is quite humanized in operation and convenient in maintenance and thus to improve production beneli,save the enerqu and reduce the operaton personnel. ◆The units could be driven both by the main drawing machione and by the motor of the annealer itself ◆The copper wire need to be fully protected when the machine is working so as to elevate the annealing quality of the copper wire ◆The collecting wheel uses the compressed air through the shaft to cool down its high temperature to achieve a better cooling performance
